• your first name (your family name will not be collected);

• your email address;
• your social media avatar icon; and

We will use your information as part of the Free the North promotional campaign only to the extent that this usage is reasonable. Your first name and social avatar will be visible on our Free the North map in an area that corresponds approximately with your postal code. Your postal code will be used only to determine an approximate location on the map but will not be visible. Your email address will not be visible. Your email address and first name will be used by Free the North to send you personalized emails for informational or promotional purposes. Your IP address will be stored automatically in our web server’s web log when you visit our website and will not be linked to any of the personal information you have provided. We will use it in an aggregated manner to analyse the traffic on our website. We are the sole possessors of this information and will not use your personal information for purposes other than those stated in this Notice, nor give, sell or rent this information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

By providing your email address, you consent to receiving informational and promotional emails from Free the North, however you may withdraw this consent at any time.
